At Bright Empower, we’re a small, local NDIS registered provider proudly based in Brisbane, Queensland. We started this journey because we believe everyone deserves personalized support that truly fits their life—not a one-size-fits-all approach. Our focus is simple: help NDIS participants build independence, connect with their community, and achieve the goals that matter most to them.
Our story
Bright Empower was founded in Brisbane with a clear purpose: to deliver personalized NDIS supports that put people first. Having seen family members use the NDIS and having been a support worker myself for over 5 years, I understand how overwhelming the system can feel, I wanted to create a small, local service where participants receive consistent, respectful support from someone who genuinely listens and cares.
